Dear Sir/Madam
Sherwood and Mapperley Park Neighbourhood Watch Association has been working hard on your behalf for the last twelve years. Over this time we have had many successes such as the retention of a Sherwood based Police station, installation of a local CCTV system, creation of a web based incident reporting system and lately securing a permanent office in the new Sherwood Police Station. If you are a resident of Sherwood, Mapperley Park or Carrington we would like you to get involved.
Meeting Notice
You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sherwood and Mapperley Park Neighbourhood Watch Association. We are affiliated members of the City of Nottingham Neighbourhood Watch Council (CNNWC) and represent Neighbourhood Watch Schemes in Sherwood, Carrington and Mapperley Park.
The meeting is on Monday 29th October 2007 at the new Sherwood police station. The evening will begin at 7pm with an introduction to the new building and we will proceed with the AGM at 7:30pm.

Nomination forms are available from the police station or by clicking here. Nomination forms will need to be handed in, emailed or posted in by 19th October 2007.
Please attend this meeting to share your views and suggestions on how we can improve as an organisation to help the community. We very much welcome your participation and hope you are able to take on a formal role if you so wish.
