Nottingham's Proud of You Awards are back for 2009 in association with Trent FM and your local Neighbourhood Management team. Once again they want to reward the stars in your local neighbourhood and recognise the good work that they do.
If you know an individual or a group who has gone out of their way to make a positive contribution to Nottingham and its residents, then visit the My Nottingham website to find out more and download a nomination form.
Nomination forms are also available from all Nottingham City Council reception points including leisure centres, libraries and also from the Trent FM Thunder Crew who will be out and about across the City.
Nominations will run from 6th July until 11th September and winners will be announced in October 2009.
